Ramandeep is an accomplished techno-commercial professional with more than two & half decades of total experience and around 10 years in operations, mainly in the Automotive industry with successful and rich experience in Plant Operations, Safety, Logistics, Design & Development, Workforce Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Scheduling, Business Development, and Statutory Compliance. He has handled overall team of about 170 persons including white & blue collars.

He has handled logistics function for Asia Pacific (China, India, Japan, Korea & Thailand) and implemented standards in all the plants with the support of giant like Deloitte. For his constant achievement exceeding major operational and financial KPI, he was awarded with the GOLD award for 3 consecutive years.
