Shweta Jha

Shweta, after completing her management degree, worked in corporate for several years and added hardcore sales and marketing experience in her career. She worked with companies like LifeCell International, RS Components, Su-kam Power Systems, TradeIndia.com(Infocom Network Pvt. Ltd.) and HCL Healthcare and gained rich working experience with national and international clients. She then decided to add her value to her father’s long awaited aspiration and ambition to set up his own venture of consultancy company and to provide relevant solutions to the companies facing different challenges in their respective industry.

Along with these experiences, she also has worked as assistant professor with management college where she taught General management and Business Communication and imparted training to students on their behavioural & personality development. After observing the need, she decided to incorporate DSSP (Development of Soft Skills and Personality) programme in every college & corporate devising appropriate syllabus to suite the need & demand. She is also a corporate trainer and focus to keep the standard of an organization.
